It is the policy of Osborne Wood Products, Inc. that all items be inspected upon receipt. If damaged items are received, please call our office within seven (7) business days to report the damage.
If you are unhappy for any reason and would like to return your non-custom or non-serviced items for a refund, you may request return authorization by calling customer service at 1-800-849-8876 within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date at the customers expense.
- All returned items must be received in their original condition.
If the return is approved, the product price will be refunded (shipping costs are not refunded).
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and can use whichever shipping method preferred. Partial or no credit will be given to items damaged in transit back to us due to poor packaging and handling.
- Returned items made from specialty wood types will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Items returned after 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns are not accepted after 90 days.
Items Ineligible for Return:
- Custom-made items and items made from custom wood types are ineligible for return.
- Items with mortising, millwork or notching are ineligible for return.
- Items with hardware installed, holes drilled, or any other specialty service are ineligible for return.
- Items returned after 90 days will not be accepted.
- Non-refundable deposits and any payments made toward them are non-refundable.
