Website navigation, descriptions, info very clear. Shipping time very quick. Product quality is impressive. Did not start my project yet, but table leg dimensions and appearance will suit kitchen table project perfectly. Will definitely recommend Osborne Wood Products to fellow woodworkers.

Product that I received was in excellent condition and was easy to work with
I was surprised to find that it was easy to cut because it was square already

There was a 1/16 difference in 4 widths of the unturned sections of the legs which caused issues with my shop jigs that i used for mortises. Order, shipment and follow up were great.

October 4, 2025So easy to work with. They responded to my questions quickly and since I had a special order, they provided a drawing for me to approve. From beginning to end, it took only about a week to get my legs and they were exactly as pictured. Im very pleased and Im looking forward to attaching them to my table.

Not only are the selection and quality of products outstanding, but the people I dealt with at the company were totally on the ball, pleasant, and helpful. More than just being responsive, they took initiative to check whether everything was OK with my order. This is clearly an outfit that cares about doing things right. The thought crossed my mind to send Osborne a picture of what I made with what they sent me, because my dealings with them conveyed the impression that they would care.
