April 9, 2026I called twice before placing my order. The personnel addressed my questions and explained the final product dimensions. The package arrived within a couple of days and upon receipt I opened the box as recommended. I did a dry check of the pieces and then completed assembly after watching the video. I had one question related to securing my table top that was not answered but I was able to confirm myself.

With that being said, the pricing was excellent and the customer service was above excellent! I have never had a company call me to make sure I received my order and it was in good condition. Keep up the excellent work!!

Everything was great and the people were very helpful and friendly. I only ordered a sample and that went well as well. My only issue is the cost of shipping for a full length piece of about 4 feet in which I dont need a full length, it could even be broken in two which is considered custom. Other than that all was well. I know rules are rules and I respect that.

March 1, 2026I continue to be pleased with Osborne's table products. The table legs from Osborne from my recent order were of high quality materials and workmanship was excellent. When the box arrived I was initially concerned due to the simple cardboard box that fit around the wood without bubble wrap or some other protective layer. There was no evidence of damage to the cardboard and the legs were fine. Just makes me wonder if I got lucky with the shipping given the unprotected wood. Something to consider.

However, without being prompted Osbornes customer service department reached out to make sure I was totally satisfied with my order. I explained my disappointment and they rectified it immediately. Highly impressed and very appreciative of their customer service level. I thought these times had ended. Glad to see some companies still know how to deliver service!
