One item was received with defects but customer service was very prompt and a replacement was received very quickly. Feedback I provided about the packaging was implemented as well. Excellent service!

The product was well priced, exquisite in quality, and delivered promptly. This company has old school quality customer service that you dont find in most companies today. They reached out to me, unsolicited, to make sure I received my product and to make sure it was what I ordered and that I was pleased with the quality. I definitely recommend this business for their outstanding customer service and beautifully made products

We are in 3 1/2 months in a complete redo of our kitchen along with changing out all our windows. We are near the final touches to complete the new kitchen. I have been looking for a specific trim board. Ours on trying to find the one piece we needed.
After a few hours I found Osborne. They were very cordial, could make the trim board and I picked it up the next day. We installed the piece last Sunday and awaiting the painters to finish the small areas needed painted and then the party will start! Thank you Osborne.
They were great to order from. Shipping was quicker than I expected and they communicated very well. They even contacted me after the order arrived to make sure I was satisfied. The product was exactly what I hoped it would be. I recommend very highly.

Did not start my project yet, but table leg dimensions and appearance will suit kitchen table project perfectly. Will definitely recommend Osborne Wood Products to fellow woodworkers.

December 26, 2025Didn't anticipate when I was referred to Osborn that it would be so expensive for the part. Service was good, received it as per the date stated. Box was torn on end however the merchandise was not damaged. Instructions were adequate.
