I have used your products for over 20 years. Never have i gotten a defective piece, never. Your staff is great, I missed a discount and they caught it and applied that! Who does that? nobody! I'm very happy with the whole experience. Ordering was easy thanks to the easy to navigate website with detailed dimensions and pictures. I called the customer service number with a question and got a prompt answer. Shipping was fast and the quality of the product was excellent. I'll definitely use Osbourne Wood Products for future projects.
August 14, 2025Ordered 2 legs (part # 1390H) and 4 finials, one leg had a delamination split, not a big deal, had to fill and sand before staining. Overall, I was very happy with the products and would order again. I took a picture if anyone wants to see it. Thanks for your time, ***

December 27, 2025Osborne Wood Products saved us from a kitchen remodeling nightmare. During construction, we learned that power to the kitchen island had to drop from the ceiling to the counter, making a 6' pole a central design feature. We found exactly what we needed --- a custom pole to carry the wire and harmonize with the contemporary granite and tile work. They worked with our contractor to custom-craft to the exact measurements. Thank you, Osbourne Wood Products team, for saving us from a kitchen nightmare.

February 26, 2026My order arrived promptly and was very well packaged. The quality of the molding I received was very high and will not require any touch up sanding to be ready to use. I have ordered similar molding before from a different source, but Osborne's is superior.
