March 19, 2026We are extremely satisfied with Osbourne from start to finish. We needed a single leg for an island corner that had to be made longer than the stock item offered. From my request to receiving CAD drawing for approval to receiving the leg across the country, order to delivery took about a week. The white oak product was exceptionally executed. Ready to hand to our finishers. They followed with a phone call to make sure we received the leg and to make sure we were satisfied. I'd rate Osbourne an 11 out of 10 for quality and customer service. Thank you!

Am so glad to know that there is a company existing today that knows all about excellent, old-fashioned customer service. If the occasion presents in the future will not hesitate to use this company FIRST.
November 6, 2025The product was impeccable. The packaging even more so. Each leg was individually wrapped including a silica gel packet to absorb any moisture. I would recommend a center hole or a punch mark at the top center of leg to facilitate drilling for a mounting center bolt.

Good product. Fast delivery. A little issue with packaging but you guys were concerned and responsive. A bit more robust packaging might be warranted.
April 30, 2026Great telephone service. The representative was so helpful and pleasant even when I had awkward questions or changed my mind on the delivery details. I had previously done a lot of research into table slides and the Osborne parts seemed to be the best available. The parts arrived sooner than promised and I wasn't disappointed; they are really good quality. Very happy and will definitely use Osborne again..

We are in 3 1/2 months in a complete redo of our kitchen along with changing out all our windows. We are near the final touches to complete the new kitchen. I have been looking for a specific trim board. Ours on trying to find the one piece we needed.
After a few hours I found Osborne. They were very cordial, could make the trim board and I picked it up the next day. We installed the piece last Sunday and awaiting the painters to finish the small areas needed painted and then the party will start! Thank you Osborne.
My order was delivered promptly. Upon opening I found that the packaging properly protected the two island legs. I found the quality of the products to be wonderful.
