Everything was great and the people were very helpful and friendly. I only ordered a sample and that went well as well. My only issue is the cost of shipping for a full length piece of about 4 feet in which I dont need a full length, it could even be broken in two which is considered custom. Other than that all was well. I know rules are rules and I respect that.

Packing could use a little improvement - putting hardware in with the table guides caused one end of the box to break open - losing half the hardware if ordered, needing replacement and causing delays

Not only are the selection and quality of products outstanding, but the people I dealt with at the company were totally on the ball, pleasant, and helpful. More than just being responsive, they took initiative to check whether everything was OK with my order. This is clearly an outfit that cares about doing things right. The thought crossed my mind to send Osborne a picture of what I made with what they sent me, because my dealings with them conveyed the impression that they would care.

July 17, 2025I'm very pleased with the inlay. Very nice quality. I like that they enclosed a catalog with my order. You don't get that kind of service anymore. The only thing that could be better would be the packaging. It came with some of the tape off. Kind of opened. Having said that, I"m very happy with my purchase. I will order again, for sure.

Asvthe owner of a furniture restoration company, i have to say that "Theres not a better company to deal with. Customer service is the best. They help from start ( picking the correct product) to finish ( always a follow up call after delivery. Product is always flawless. I wouldnt dream of using anyone else for table slides or other wood products.
