Phenomenal product, we ordered the 1" white oak tambour for our front office desk and it was easy to cut, install, and apply a finish and it looks stunning. Great fast shipping and customer service. Would definitely order again!

August 14, 2025The legs are beautiful and I would order from Osborne again. Great match for the table, came well packaged and turned from single pieces of wood...no glue. From close up, some tool marks are visible. A bit of sanding would have been nice which is why I gave four stars instead of 5.

Received items as described. The shipping was delayed 1 day due to bad weather. The only complaint I have is the turned feet weren't sanded very well . Alot of cross grain scratches. Maybe take it to a finer grit on the lathe.

November 27, 2025I'm very pleased with the inlay. Very nice quality. I like that they enclosed a catalog with my order. You don't get that kind of service anymore. The only thing that could be better would be the packaging. It came with some of the tape off. Kind of opened. Having said that, I"m very happy with my purchase. I will order again, for sure.

December 23, 2025GREAT QUALITY! We ordered some Mission style corbels and 4 legs for our kitchen island. Everything was packaged really well (no nicks). The wood is excellent. We went with white oak for our corbels and are staining them to match some cabinets. They are beautiful. Would definitely buy again. The cost was also less than what I found other places.

Not only are the selection and quality of products outstanding, but the people I dealt with at the company were totally on the ball, pleasant, and helpful. More than just being responsive, they took initiative to check whether everything was OK with my order. This is clearly an outfit that cares about doing things right. The thought crossed my mind to send Osborne a picture of what I made with what they sent me, because my dealings with them conveyed the impression that they would care.
