However, without being prompted Osbornes customer service department reached out to make sure I was totally satisfied with my order. I explained my disappointment and they rectified it immediately. Highly impressed and very appreciative of their customer service level. I thought these times had ended. Glad to see some companies still know how to deliver service!

January 1, 2026I ordered a custom table base from Osborne to make a powder room sink base. They were very accommodating in making the exact product I wanted. The product is high quality and substantial. It will be sturdy enough to hold the weight of the marble top that will be placed on it. The assembled piece is beautiful and exactly what I was envisioning.
June 17, 2026I appreciated the personal distance and I found the product to be of very high quality. I think the online directions as to which product is right for you were good but could have been a bit more complete. Perhaps step by step video to choose your product or a bit more on the algorithm which actually led me to the wrong product.

February 26, 2026Very happy with the product and service received. One note of feedback, if ordering four legs, assume they are for one piece of furniture and try to color match as best as possible. I understand its an organic material but grain and color matching can be accomplished with care.
