February 19, 2026I first ordered a sample piece of a light rail molding which was a simple process. My only negative comment would be that at only 2 5/8 long, it was much smaller than expected, especially for the $*** shipping fee. I did make a purchase based off of it, as it fit my overall size requirements. I was a bit hesitant, hoping I would love the look with my cabinet style when it arrived. In the end I was very pleased with the molding, as well as the fast 2 day delivery.
October 31, 2025I received my order very quickly, and the parts were in great shape, not broken or chipped. I am looking forward to seeing how they look when installed. I do feel the shipping cost was high though.

Easy to order, shipped promptly, & easy order tracking.
Product looked very nice.
Also, we did have to return some parts that just werent the right part for ,our project (nothing wrong with them) and that process was very easy.
The legs I ordered were exactly as I had hoped. I was impressed with the smoothness of the turned legs. I'd certainly order from Osborne again!

The peninsula leg I ordered was sent out immediately in substantial packaging and delivered within a couple of days. The leg itself is perfectly turned and sanded, ready for painting. I appreciate the follow-up call to see if everything went okay. All around top notch company!

Am so glad to know that there is a company existing today that knows all about excellent, old-fashioned customer service. November 6, 2025Didn't anticipate when I was referred to Osborn that it would be so expensive for the part. Service was good, received it as per the date stated. Box was torn on end however the merchandise was not damaged. Instructions were adequate.

The table legs arrived in exceptional condition thanks to excellent packing. They look great. I was contacted by customer service to ensure my package arrived and was in excellent condition.
