I guess I ordered wrong. Misunderstood what notched was. Didnt realize it was the entire length of the legs. My fault. We will try to use them since we cant exchange. Been ordering from Osborne for our theatre productions for years. Designers call out specific parts and we order them. Great service.

The order came quickly, was packaged well. Exactly what we ordered. We also got a call from the company to make sure we had received the order and were happy with it. We would use this company again.

June 17, 2025The legs are beautiful and I would order from Osborne again. Great match for the table, came well packaged and turned from single pieces of wood...no glue. From close up, some tool marks are visible. A bit of sanding would have been nice which is why I gave four stars instead of 5.

My two suggestion are:
-offer additional wood species
-offer longer length table frame options
I called twice before placing my order. The personnel addressed my questions and explained the final product dimensions. The package arrived within a couple of days and upon receipt I opened the box as recommended. I did a dry check of the pieces and then completed assembly after watching the video. I had one question related to securing my table top that was not answered but I was able to confirm myself.

March 5, 2026Excellent products and great customer service!! Only improvement would be with the shipping boxes. Each time the box is pretty beat up or parts of the order missing from broken open boxes.

I called the customer service number with a question and got a prompt answer. Shipping was fast and the quality of the product was excellent.
