However, without being prompted Osbornes customer service department reached out to make sure I was totally satisfied with my order. I explained my disappointment and they rectified it immediately. Highly impressed and very appreciative of their customer service level. I thought these times had ended. Glad to see some companies still know how to deliver service!

Not only are the selection and quality of products outstanding, but the people I dealt with at the company were totally on the ball, pleasant, and helpful. More than just being responsive, they took initiative to check whether everything was OK with my order. This is clearly an outfit that cares about doing things right. The thought crossed my mind to send Osborne a picture of what I made with what they sent me, because my dealings with them conveyed the impression that they would care.

I have used your products for over 20 years. Never have i gotten a defective piece, never. Your staff is great, I missed a discount and they caught it and applied that! Who does that? nobody! The Osborne Wood Products, Inc.'s site was easy to navigate and view the different woods in which I was interested. The representative assisting me with my ordering was very courteous, and knowledgeable. She made the ordering easy and the delivery was very prompt. February 19, 2026Nice selection of products and excellent quality. Promo codes are made available, but I have yet to find one that will work with my order. I wish they would offer you one at checkout if your order has met the qualifications for the rebate.

October 22, 2025Excellent customer service and experience. I had an issue with a discount code so I emailed. The response said the code had been fixed so I placed the order at 1:00pm. My order arrived at 9:00am the next day. Insanely quick. I would absolutely recommend and will purchase from again. Thank you.

I had previously done a lot of research into table slides and the Osborne parts seemed to be the best available. The parts arrived sooner than promised and I wasn't disappointed; they are really good quality. Very happy and will definitely use Osborne again..
