Excellent products and great customer service!! Only improvement would be with the shipping boxes. Each time the box is pretty beat up or parts of the order missing from broken open boxes.

February 15, 2026Purchasing four corner posts for repurposing my kitchen cabinet (converted the original leg of the "L" floor cabinet layout to an island), I am very pleased with the wide selection of Osborne corner posts. Osborne response times are quick and followup on delivery and customer satisfaction is excellenet.

January 6, 2026We drove to Osborne to pick up an order and see other items in person before ordering. They were so friendly and helpful. The showroom is very small, but they brought items we requested from the back for us to see. The product quality is great. The only complaint I have is that their shipping costs are very high, even when shipping in state.

December 26, 2025I called twice before placing my order. The personnel addressed my questions and explained the final product dimensions. The package arrived within a couple of days and upon receipt I opened the box as recommended. I did a dry check of the pieces and then completed assembly after watching the video. I had one question related to securing my table top that was not answered but I was able to confirm myself.
