Great telephone service. The representative was so helpful and pleasant even when I had awkward questions or changed my mind on the delivery details. I had previously done a lot of research into table slides and the Osborne parts seemed to be the best available. The parts arrived sooner than promised and I wasn't disappointed; they are really good quality. Very happy and will definitely use Osborne again..

Their products are very well constructed with the highest quality of materials. My satisfaction expands from phone conversations to expedited delivery. Five stars isn?t a rating high enough for Osborne!
April 17, 2026I called twice before placing my order. The personnel addressed my questions and explained the final product dimensions. The package arrived within a couple of days and upon receipt I opened the box as recommended. I did a dry check of the pieces and then completed assembly after watching the video. I had one question related to securing my table top that was not answered but I was able to confirm myself.

March 5, 2026We are extremely satisfied with Osbourne from start to finish. We needed a single leg for an island corner that had to be made longer than the stock item offered. From my request to receiving CAD drawing for approval to receiving the leg across the country, order to delivery took about a week. The white oak product was exceptionally executed. Ready to hand to our finishers. They followed with a phone call to make sure we received the leg and to make sure we were satisfied. I'd rate Osbourne an 11 out of 10 for quality and customer service. Thank you!

October 12, 2025We drove to Osborne to pick up an order and see other items in person before ordering. They were so friendly and helpful. The showroom is very small, but they brought items we requested from the back for us to see. The product quality is great. The only complaint I have is that their shipping costs are very high, even when shipping in state.
April 16, 2026Ordered 2 legs (part # 1390H) and 4 finials, one leg had a delamination split, not a big deal, had to fill and sand before staining. Overall, I was very happy with the products and would order again. I took a picture if anyone wants to see it. Thanks for your time, ***
