June 19, 2025I had a minor issue with an order that I decided not to bother with. However, without being prompted Osbornes customer service department reached out to make sure I was totally satisfied with my order. I explained my disappointment and they rectified it immediately. Highly impressed and very appreciative of their customer service level. I thought these times had ended. Glad to see some companies still know how to deliver service!

April 23, 2026We drove to Osborne to pick up an order and see other items in person before ordering. They were so friendly and helpful. The showroom is very small, but they brought items we requested from the back for us to see. The product quality is great. The only complaint I have is that their shipping costs are very high, even when shipping in state.

February 20, 2026GREAT QUALITY! We ordered some Mission style corbels and 4 legs for our kitchen island. Everything was packaged really well (no nicks). The wood is excellent. We went with white oak for our corbels and are staining them to match some cabinets. They are beautiful. Would definitely buy again. The cost was also less than what I found other places.
