Product came as ordered but disappointed in the quality of the table slides. Im building an heirloom harvest table and the slides have imperfections and low grade maple was used

Am so glad to know that there is a company existing today that knows all about excellent, old-fashioned customer service. I called the customer service number with a question and got a prompt answer. Shipping was fast and the quality of the product was excellent. I'll definitely use Osbourne Wood Products for future projects.
August 14, 2025Purchasing four corner posts for repurposing my kitchen cabinet (converted the original leg of the "L" floor cabinet layout to an island), I am very pleased with the wide selection of Osborne corner posts. Osborne response times are quick and followup on delivery and customer satisfaction is excellenet.

April 23, 2026I continue to be pleased with Osborne's table products. The table legs from Osborne from my recent order were of high quality materials and workmanship was excellent. When the box arrived I was initially concerned due to the simple cardboard box that fit around the wood without bubble wrap or some other protective layer. There was no evidence of damage to the cardboard and the legs were fine. Just makes me wonder if I got lucky with the shipping given the unprotected wood. Something to consider.

The peninsula leg I ordered was sent out immediately in substantial packaging and delivered within a couple of days. The leg itself is perfectly turned and sanded, ready for painting. I appreciate the follow-up call to see if everything went okay. All around top notch company!

I think the online directions as to which product is right for you were good but could have been a bit more complete. Perhaps step by step video to choose your product or a bit more on the algorithm which actually led me to the wrong product.

However, without being prompted Osbornes customer service department reached out to make sure I was totally satisfied with my order. I explained my disappointment and they rectified it immediately. Highly impressed and very appreciative of their customer service level. I thought these times had ended. Glad to see some companies still know how to deliver service!

Having purchased from Osborne in the past, I knew they have quality products. In my opinion, they went above and beyond when they called me to ensure that the products were delivered safely and met my approval.
They are the only supplier that I have dealt with to call after the transaction. Well done!!
