Asvthe owner of a furniture restoration company, i have to say that "Theres not a better company to deal with. Customer service is the best. They help from start ( picking the correct product) to finish ( always a follow up call after delivery. Product is always flawless. I wouldnt dream of using anyone else for table slides or other wood products.

March 19, 2026My order arrived promptly and was very well packaged. The quality of the molding I received was very high and will not require any touch up sanding to be ready to use. I have ordered similar molding before from a different source, but Osborne's is superior.

Replacing our kitchen island legs as we start to remodel. The 4 inch legs were excellent, well manufactured and give a more solid look over the previous 3 inch legs. Wall crafted, quickly delivered, and couldnt be happier.!

December 12, 2025I appreciated the personal distance and I found the product to be of very high quality. I think the online directions as to which product is right for you were good but could have been a bit more complete. Perhaps step by step video to choose your product or a bit more on the algorithm which actually led me to the wrong product.

However, without being prompted Osbornes customer service department reached out to make sure I was totally satisfied with my order. I explained my disappointment and they rectified it immediately. Highly impressed and very appreciative of their customer service level. I thought these times had ended. Glad to see some companies still know how to deliver service!
