The customer service was great. I was able to get my questions answered through the live chat on the site. The information really helped with my decision on what type of wood to order for my table. I was delighted by the fact that they followed up with a phone call after the table was delivered to see if I had any questions or concerns. The team was very friendly and knowledgeable.
November 7, 2025So easy to work with. They responded to my questions quickly and since I had a special order, they provided a drawing for me to approve. From beginning to end, it took only about a week to get my legs and they were exactly as pictured. Im very pleased and Im looking forward to attaching them to my table.

June 11, 2025Osborne Wood Products saved us from a kitchen remodeling nightmare. During construction, we learned that power to the kitchen island had to drop from the ceiling to the counter, making a 6' pole a central design feature. We found exactly what we needed --- a custom pole to carry the wire and harmonize with the contemporary granite and tile work. They worked with our contractor to custom-craft to the exact measurements. Thank you, Osbourne Wood Products team, for saving us from a kitchen nightmare.

Orders have always been timely. Workmanship and and quality of the wood has been top notch.
Do think more shipping protection for the ends of the legs is needed. Ends of box for both my orders have been smashed. Two legs had dings in the ends but since the end was not visible, I accepted them.
Product came as ordered but disappointed in the quality of the table slides. Im building an heirloom harvest table and the slides have imperfections and low grade maple was used

April 17, 2026We are extremely satisfied with Osbourne from start to finish. We needed a single leg for an island corner that had to be made longer than the stock item offered. From my request to receiving CAD drawing for approval to receiving the leg across the country, order to delivery took about a week. The white oak product was exceptionally executed. Ready to hand to our finishers. They followed with a phone call to make sure we received the leg and to make sure we were satisfied. I'd rate Osbourne an 11 out of 10 for quality and customer service. Thank you!

Asvthe owner of a furniture restoration company, i have to say that "Theres not a better company to deal with. Customer service is the best. They help from start ( picking the correct product) to finish ( always a follow up call after delivery. Product is always flawless. I wouldnt dream of using anyone else for table slides or other wood products.

It was a good match to what we needed. The house we are renovating is over 100 years old and there are very specific wood details that no one else had.
