However, without being prompted Osbornes customer service department reached out to make sure I was totally satisfied with my order. I explained my disappointment and they rectified it immediately. Highly impressed and very appreciative of their customer service level. I thought these times had ended. Glad to see some companies still know how to deliver service!

March 12, 2026Inlays arrived quickly and well packaged, will order again. One criticism, advertised width was 7/32. I found that size too narrow. 1/4 was perfect.

We are in 3 1/2 months in a complete redo of our kitchen along with changing out all our windows. We are near the final touches to complete the new kitchen. I have been looking for a specific trim board. Ours on trying to find the one piece we needed.
After a few hours I found Osborne. They were very cordial, could make the trim board and I picked it up the next day. We installed the piece last Sunday and awaiting the painters to finish the small areas needed painted and then the party will start! Thank you Osborne.
I love this product. Yes I would recommend Osborne in the future.

February 20, 2026Its a nice product but charging*** for a 3 foot piece of moulding is a bit excessive. I guess you dont have much, if any, competition.
