March 1, 2026I ordered some inlay strips. The selection was sufficient but there were other websites that had more options. With that being said, the pricing was excellent and the customer service was above excellent! I have never had a company call me to make sure I received my order and it was in good condition. Keep up the excellent work!!

February 19, 2026Osborne Wood Products saved us from a kitchen remodeling nightmare. During construction, we learned that power to the kitchen island had to drop from the ceiling to the counter, making a 6' pole a central design feature. We found exactly what we needed --- a custom pole to carry the wire and harmonize with the contemporary granite and tile work. They worked with our contractor to custom-craft to the exact measurements. Thank you, Osbourne Wood Products team, for saving us from a kitchen nightmare.

We have been a customer of Osborne for over 20 years and are very pleased with their customer service, delivery and support. If on the occasion we had an issue with an item they took care of correction the issue without any hassle. We highly recommend them as a supplier for wood accent needs.
