Assembly Instructions
Overall Dimensions: 46” x 25” x 19”
Materials Used:
- Rustic Plank Table Top (Part #5910) - other sizes also available
- Brighton Coffee Table Leg (Part #2323)
- Custom Table Base Kit
Tools Needed:
- Mallet
Drill/Drill Bit
½” wrench
Tape measure
Step 1 - Lay out the materials
Before you start assembling your table top kit, lay all of the planks out to make sure all of the pocket holes and dowel holes line up. Then, you want to make sure you have a nice distribution of wider and thinner boards so you do not have too many of one size on one side or the other which may negatively affect the overall appearance.
Step 2 - Line up pocket holes
Once everything is lined up, make sure your pocket holes are facing up toward you. You will have one board that does not have any pocket holes - this will be your end board.
Step 3 - Insert dowels
To get started, take the included dowels and insert them into the premade holes.
Step 4 - Connect the boards
Once you have the dowels in place you may begin connecting the boards together using the dowels. They can be a bit tight, some light taps with a mallet will help slide things into place.
Step 5 - Screw the planks together
Once you have all of the planks together, you can begin securing everything together using the supplied screws and the pocket holes that come pre drilled.
Step 6 - Piece your base kit together
The tabletop is now ready to be used in a build. Using the custom table base kit and table legs of your choice, piece the base together.
Step 7 - Attach table top
There are pocket holes in the skirt boards of our table base kits allowing easy attachment to the tabletop with screws.
