The Classic Spool Kitchen Island Leg is very much as the name suggests. Heftier more than delicate, it is a symmetrical design that is fitted on top and bottom with matching 5 3/8" x 3 1/2" blocks. Between the blocks is the long spool cylinder that is separated from the blocks by beautifully inverted concave turnings that themselves begin and finish with turned rings. The post is 34 1/2" tall and 3 1/2" wide, perfectly designed to adorn a kitchen island. If you are looking for something traditional that will create a sense of balance, this is a great choice.
This impressive kitchen island leg is available in various wood species depending on your preference. Each wooden leg is sanded to 150 grit and left unfinished. This allows you to easily apply the finish or paint that best complements your build.
