The Massive Farmbrook Kitchen Island Leg exhibits strength with style. The basis for the design begins with the impressively scaled 9" tall block at the top of the leg. This block is separated from the shaft of the leg by an elegant turned ring. Following the ring is the leg proper: a hefty presentation of turned wood that tapers down and in with an almost imperceptible slope. The bun type foot at the base adds a sense of daintiness to this 5" wide design. At 34 1/2" tall, this post is traditionally used on kitchen islands but can also support bar counters, foyer tables and vanities.
Customizing this piece is simple with several wood species to choose from and unlimited finishing possibilities! Each unfinished wood species will be either paint or stain grade (some are both) and sanded to 150 grit so it is ready for you to apply the finish of your choice!
