The most outstanding feature of the Newcastle Kitchen Island Leg is the long tapered piece that comprises nearly two-thirds of the 34 1/2" leg. This beautifully scaled leg is surmounted by a round bobbin turning, just over 3", that visually relieves and separates the tapered leg from the 7 1/2" tall upper square block. This leg is a good choice when geometric simplicity with a little flair is desired. It is a contemporary piece that is versatile enough to fit in traditional spaces, as well.
Choose from a range of wood species, depending on your preference. These unfinished woods are stain and/or paint grade and will be sanded to 150 grit smooth finish.
