Product Description:
The Abaco Kitchen Island Leg displays incredible craftsmanship and an eye-catching design. Beginning with a 7" tall square block, the 35 1/2" tall leg moves downward with two stylized turnings that are reminiscent of spinning wooden tops. The shaft of the leg follows featuring a tightly tapered cylinder that reflects the shape of the tops above. The tapered shaft is interrupted by a shallow cube (similar to a stretcher block) before finishing with a dramatic stiletto taper. This leg is the perfect height for supporting a counter top on a taller kitchen island and the 3 1/2” width will provide ample strength while remaining discreet.
If you are looking for a shorter post, this style also comes available in a 34 1/2" height (the Abaco Kitchen Island Leg, Part #1421). Both of these wooden legs are available in multiple unfinished wood types, depending on your preference. They can be stained or painted to match your décor or personal style. Each leg will be sanded to 150 grit to allow for easy finishing.
