Use a half-capital to adorn just about any size column, moulding or half leg! Beautiful corinthian carvings call for attention and enhance just about any setting. This 8" square is 1 3/4" deep making it the largest of our corinthian capitals. It is embellished with an impressive array of hand carved acanthus leaves and scrolling, making it perfect for completing a luxurious theme. The back of the capital is perfectly flat, with no mounting hardware or keyhole opening for mounting.
As with any hand-carved item, no two pieces are exactly alike. This wooden capital is available in multiple wood species and ready for you to add the color of your choice. Whether you choose to stain or paint the piece, it will be a guaranteed focal point in your design.
We offer this design in various sizes, the smallest being the Corinthian Half Capital (Part #7250) which is a 4 3/4" square.
