For a grand display or an elegant upgrade, look no further than our Grand Kitchen Island Leg. This sophisticated leg will enhance any space it is utilized in and the versatile design allows it to be placed in any room. It is the ideal size for a kitchen island with a 35 1/2" height and 3 1/2" width, however it has a 13 1/4" top block that allows for additional application options. Use this extended square to attach shelving, deep drawers, cabinetry, tall apron sets and more! There is also a bottom block on this design making it easy to incorporate an additional shelf or rail. The remainder of the profile features soft curves and a tapering center that provide visual interest to your space.
This wooden leg is available in several unfinished wood species, including paint and stain grade selections. Applying the color of your choice is easy as the leg will be sanded to a 150 grit finish. We offer many variations of this profile due to its popularity, the largest being our Extended Grand Kitchen Island Leg (Part #1537) which boasts a 40 1/2" height and 5" width.

I am exceptionally pleased! The product is ready for paint (I ordered paint grade maple) and is very smooth. It feels as if it were sanded with 220 grit sandpaper. It will make the dining room sideboard I’m making for my daughter as a wedding present look outstanding.
