Each leg is sanded to 150 grit to allow for easy application of paint or stain. I am doing similar to a sofa table but in my 1/2 bath. The bathroom is very small & not room for a big cabinet & some of the thinner cabinets on the market are not that attractive.

We are using this to support a small tabletop extension as part of a large cabinet install. These legs were a very close second to the ones we originally explored, and they are beautiful. I would (and already have) recommended Osborne to everyone. Having wood products that I know will last is very reassuring, but having them made so beautifully is exciting as well
