The Massive Islander Kitchen Island Leg is a work of art. It is an adaptation of the popular Islander Kitchen Island Leg profile (Part #1450), but it has a height of 35 1/2" and width of 5". This post gives you the same elegant curves and hand carved detail but in a larger scale. Its traditional design makes it highly versatile, as can be seen in this unique build. Whether you are building a custom kitchen island or have something else in mind, this impressive wooden leg is a great choice!

We split this in half and used it on the surround for a fireplace/mantle. We have used these in the past for Island legs, as well. The quality is fantastic. This last one we ordered was a poplar/paint-grade leg. The leg came to us in just about as close to ready to take paint as we could hope for. Huge time saver!

We are using the Massive Islander leg on a prep island for a client. Importing the leg into the Cabinet Vision drawing helped us because the client got to see the leg, in proportion to the rest of the island. The quality was very good.
