50 Inch Equalizer Slide for Trestle Table
Alan H. of Lilburn, Georgia, recently ordered a pair of Osborne Wood Products’ 50″ Equalizer Slides with 49″ opening (Part #9052) for a client’s trestle table project. “Crafted of poplar solids, it is stained in a dark java, finished with Ceramithane Satin clear. Designed for a large family, the 48” wide table can expand in length from 6′ up to 10′ thanks to the Osborne table slides. The table top features an aluminum trim inlay around the perimeter, while a compartment integrated into the trestle provides storage of all 4 of the leaves,” Alan says.
The equalizer slides, intended for fixed base tables like Alan’s, provide the perfect amount of support for the ends of the table, which otherwise would be inclined to sag. Thanks, Alan, for the terrific pictures!
