The Modified Bar Corbel with Basket Weave is an interesting design that combines elements from different time periods and interior style themes. It has the classic curve of a traditional corbel but with a neoclassic twist due to the open back. On top of that, there is the Baroque-era basket weave pattern along the front of the piece that makes this a truly unique and intriguing design. The hand carved piece is 13 1/2" tall, 3 1/2" wide and has a durable 8" depth. Although it is more modest due to the open back, it will still provide all of the necessary support for your build.
As with all hand-carved items, no two will be exactly the same. This corbel can be customized to perfectly match your decor by selecting from several wood species and finishing with your choice of paint or wood stain. Our wooden corbels also feature keyhole openings on the back for easy mounting.
