Medium Squat

When you think of the word "squat," what image does that word conjure in your mind? Well, for me, it reminds me of when I started playing football. I was told that to squat and then lean over - putting my knuckles on the ground to brace myself - was the perfect football stance. Oddly enough, the Medium Squat Bun Foot compares in that sense.
