The Concord Island Leg is a popular piece because it fits in with almost any home design. It is 35 1/2" tall and 3 1/2" wide, making it sturdy enough to support your kitchen island but small enough that it will not overwhelm the space. The carved rings along the profile are simplistic but add to the beauty of the piece. The elongated 10 5/8" top block and 4 1/2" stretcher block at the base increase the versatility of the leg as they can be used to incorporate drawers, shelving, table skirts, railing and more.
There are unlimited possibilities with this design, especially with a wide range of wood species to choose from. Each of our kitchen island legs are unfinished and sanded to 150 grit making it easy to apply wood stain or paint to the exterior, depending on the wood type chosen.
