Ordered the 2" rope molding to frame my 4X8 bathroom mirror. Appreciated the advice to finish immediately that was included. Whole process was easy and quick. Arrived within a couple days and the quality is excellent. Only issue is the shipping was extremely expensive as I ordered the 8 ft. piece. The shipping was 100.00. Insane as it was equal to my purchase price. Thinking there has got to be a method for cheaper packaging / shipping in 2024. :)

the item I received wasn't what I wanted. I called the customer service number and spoke to them about a return. They were very quick, and agreeable. Maybe cheaper shipping options. Could not find one of these 3 items so ordered off Amazon to get free shipping, centering pins, leaf locks, levelers. Design and finish was outstanding. Instructions very good. Maybe have a selection of #10 cabinet screws you could order, had to use deck screws with washers to make it a cabinet type head.

I was very impressed but how fast I received my product. I've been trying to avoid Amazon by shopping with smaller businesses and Prime can't beat Osborne shipping time. Nice variety of products also allowed me to find exactly what I needed. The shipping was a little pricey, but I didn't order much and I understand you don't have much control over that. Otherwise, I don't really have any areas of improvement. I expect to shop here in the future and recommend you to anyone working on projects like me!

Osborne made a custom dining room table leg to replace a broken one. The process of giving them the initial specifications, approval of the sketches provided, and final production and delivery of the new table leg took less than a week.
