I am extremely happy with their products and service. The many cherry carvings I ordered are breath taking and look amazing on the bar in our home. They are the first thing your eyes go to when observing the bar. It truly makes my project unique.

The posts I ordered were knotty pine. The problem I had with them was that there were absolutely no knots in them. I needed them to show the knots to match the existing cabinets. But, I am stuck with them because the cost to return them would not be economical. I probably wouldn't order knotty pine posts from you again. ***,

We always get quality components that are delivered on time. That is what a good supplier is supposed to do. I wish there were more like Osborne.

The customer service rep that I spoke to about changing the shipping date was a delight to work with. She went into the order and changed the shipping date for me (I was going to be out of town when the order should arrive) so that I would not have to cancel the order and then reorder. The pedestal base was delivered very quickly. Quality is outstanding. Only small issue was some slight damage to one of the legs that most likely occurred during shipping. Sanded right out. Hi, Your staff & service was great. Very friendly, helpful and the product arrived when they said it would. The only negative I see is that the pieces that I bought are rough and will require a lot of sanding. Is there an option to buy from Osbourne pre sanded bamboo stick material?

The leg was much nicer than expected. Also they call and check to make sure everything was good I will be ordering again. My table is very strong with the legs. And my wife loves them too
