The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.

The service and quality is great. I got my order in a timely matter. Table legs came packaged very well. Overall, good experience.

I was a bit surprised to find wood putty filler on the good side of the legs I ordered. That represents more of a challenge in getting a good final product to my customers and required more work on my part. But not enough to send the leg back for replacement.

The customer service rep that I spoke to about changing the shipping date was a delight to work with.
