It was so easy to find the style of island legs that we wanted for our kitchen. The information and pictures available made it really easy to shop for the island legs. Shipping was fast and they arrived without any damage. They even followed up with a phone call after we received our package to make sure everything was good with our order. This is a fantastic company. Ordered a custom built kitchen island. Everyone was super helpful from start to finish and in a very timely maner. We love the product and will definitely use Osborne Wood Products again.
The only negative I have is that there was no installation information. I guess it is assumed that all customers are experienced wood craftspeople but that is not the case. If you don't want to send instructions with each order, at least have them available when a customer asks for help.

The product was shipped quickly and arrived intact. I is just as advertised. I havent yet put it on my table, but I dont foresee a problem. Service was very good.
The person who helped me was very good and offered great service. I wanted 4 acrylic sofa legs and was told you only had 2 in stock based on the number I gave her. Once I scrolled down the page and saw the number for a set of 4 she checked and had four available. My fault for not being better prepared.

Walnut feet arrived fast and appeared as advertised. What was nice is the follow up phone call and email and show my satisfaction.

The spiral table legs look fantastic. Just wished they were packaged a little better. Id suggest wrapping each leg individually to avoid dents and dings.
There were a number of problems with the delivery, all caused by FedEx. The people I spoke to at Osborne Wood were very helpful, and the company stood behind that. Two replacement orders had to be made - one ruined by rain, one went missing (both were not properly delivered to my house), but the co. ordered the replacements without complaint. I would absolutely recommend to others! And I will never order anything that has to be delivered by FedEx again.

Shape and finish of the legs is great but the color match of the pieces of white oak ain't too nice. Even after staining there is a stripey appearance. More care should be taken to glue up pieces that are similar in color.
Would definitely recommend your high quality products and excellent customer service! Would love it if you had retailer(s) in California though due to shipping costs.
