I would say in this particular order your service was optimal because it was a special order and you were able to complete that in a quick return around amount of time with the best possible product results. The only area I felt could be improved would be timeliness in responding to my request. for a special order I ended up having to email a few days later to see if you are able to complete that task or not before I got an answer.
The product was shipped quickly and arrived intact. I is just as advertised. I havent yet put it on my table, but I dont foresee a problem. Service was very good.

Your shipping department did an excellent job packaging the legs. I'm glad they did the outer cardboard was damaged in transit. The legs were fine when I opened the box. Your pictures on website don't do your product justice. The legs I ordered are beautiful. When I'm finished with the table I plan on ordering legs for a bench. Website provided accurate information on product dimensions, wood types and characteristics. It helped me as a novice DIY to make an informed choice.
The product I wanted had a long lead time but received the 4 wooded legs 3 weeks before originally date. Wooded legs were individually shrinked wrapped and well protected for shipping.
The ordering process was easy, the products are fantastic! I would definitely recommend Osborne Wood Products to fellow craftsman.

Awesome table foot , worked with some minor adjustments after being finished the bolts were wider than my original leg so I had to drill a hole for one bolt to make it work but otherwise it works great even better than the original 100% recommend this product to anyone looking to build a table or replace a table foot will probably order the other 3 needed so it all matches :)

I had not been able to find this millwork anywhere else. It was exactly what I wanted. Process was easy. Payment simple. I was given email notifications on order and shipment status. All good. I even received a phone call to ensure product arrived. 5 stars. The only downside was I believe shipping costs were to high.

Osborne made a custom dining room table leg to replace a broken one. The process of giving them the initial specifications, approval of the sketches provided, and final production and delivery of the new table leg took less than a week.
