The product was perfect and exactly as advertised. There was only one problem. The instructions told me to drill a whole at 3/4in but it was supposed to be 1/2in. It was a easy fix, and when I told the service rep when they reached out to me. They were so respectful and kind and took ownership of the instructions while I took ownership of not measuring the female Dowell. I would 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I am extremely happy with the quality of the 6 chair legs I ordered, your excellent customer service and fast delivery to Canada. The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak its hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.

As usual outstanding service, project CAS was ready for review the same day and actual project was ready the next day. Staff is very present and helpful.
Website provided accurate information on product dimensions, wood types and characteristics. It helped me as a novice DIY to make an informed choice.
The only negative I have is that there was no installation information. I guess it is assumed that all customers are experienced wood craftspeople but that is not the case. If you don't want to send instructions with each order, at least have them available when a customer asks for help.
Osborne Wood is the best. They do quality work and their customer service is stellar. I could get products closer to me and avoid shipping charges but its worth it to me knowing Im going to always be happy with the product and their service!
My experience was great. My original order was damaged in transit. The customer service person took all of my information and had another shipment sent. I had the new moulding in hand in two days. I will order from Osborne in the future.
Never an issue ordering with Osborne. I'm in middle Ga and have a custom cabinet company and we always send our clients to the website to pick out their island legs.
