We have ordered from Osborne Wood Products for many years. The items we have purchased are very good quality and have been shipped to us quickly.

I was blown away how fast the response was from the time that I ordered till the time that the legs had arrived at my shop. The lady on the phone said they didn't have the legs ready to go in stock but that they would get the done and shipped out. This speaks volumes for this company that there process and procedures are in alignment. I wish my company was that organized. I will be purchasing from them again.

Fast delivery, arrived in perfect condition, excellent product all around.

There were a number of problems with the delivery, all caused by FedEx. The people I spoke to at Osborne Wood were very helpful, and the company stood behind that. Two replacement orders had to be made - one ruined by rain, one went missing (both were not properly delivered to my house), but the co. ordered the replacements without complaint. I would absolutely recommend to others! And I will never order anything that has to be delivered by FedEx again.

The posts I ordered were knotty pine. The problem I had with them was that there were absolutely no knots in them. I needed them to show the knots to match the existing cabinets. I really appreciate that Osborne sells unique wood products that can be really difficult to find elsewhere. The quality is great, and the processing time is really quick, but I do think the shipping costs are a bit high compared to other sites. When purchasing hard-to-find items I am willing to overlook the costs.

I was very impressed but how fast I received my product. I've been trying to avoid Amazon by shopping with smaller businesses and Prime can't beat Osborne shipping time. Nice variety of products also allowed me to find exactly what I needed. The shipping was a little pricey, but I didn't order much and I understand you don't have much control over that. Otherwise, I don't really have any areas of improvement. I expect to shop here in the future and recommend you to anyone working on projects like me!
