As usual outstanding service, project CAS was ready for review the same day and actual project was ready the next day. Staff is very present and helpful.
Maybe cheaper shipping options. Could not find one of these 3 items so ordered off Amazon to get free shipping, centering pins, leaf locks, levelers. Design and finish was outstanding. Instructions very good. Maybe have a selection of #10 cabinet screws you could order, had to use deck screws with washers to make it a cabinet type head.
The product is top knotch!! But my favorite part is that someone will contact you upon receiving an order to make sure there is no damage

Hi, Your staff & service was great. Very friendly, helpful and the product arrived when they said it would. The only negative I see is that the pieces that I bought are rough and will require a lot of sanding. Is there an option to buy from Osbourne pre sanded bamboo stick material?

Service like this is top shelf and very usual coming from an online product provider.
As usual, customer support was superb. I was disappointed in the color match of the table leg laminations. Osborne replaced them immediately and provided return shipping for me to send the original ones back.

Your shipping department did an excellent job packaging the legs. I'm glad they did the outer cardboard was damaged in transit. The legs were fine when I opened the box. Your pictures on website don't do your product justice. The legs I ordered are beautiful. When I'm finished with the table I plan on ordering legs for a bench. I bought 9 cherry legs and I wish the color of legs was more consistent. A few were all heartwood, several were a heartwood- sapwood blend and the rest mostly sapwood.
The quality of the wood legs is good. They were delivered in good condition and on time. I will definitely order from Osborne again.

Awesome table foot , worked with some minor adjustments after being finished the bolts were wider than my original leg so I had to drill a hole for one bolt to make it work but otherwise it works great even better than the original 100% recommend this product to anyone looking to build a table or replace a table foot will probably order the other 3 needed so it all matches :)
The product and service are excellent. Keep working on your packaging solutions to get rid of styrofoam. I appreciate that you used some recyclable packing materials, but the styrofoam is nasty and creates a waste issue. Thanks!
Customer support was outstanding. Embarrassed that I can't remember the associate's name, but she was patient, friendly and very helpful. She made me comfortable with the decision that I had tentatively made and her expertise was evident as she talked me through the reasons this particular product met my requirements.

The product was perfect and exactly as advertised. There was only one problem. The instructions told me to drill a whole at 3/4in but it was supposed to be 1/2in. It was a easy fix, and when I told the service rep when they reached out to me. They were so respectful and kind and took ownership of the instructions while I took ownership of not measuring the female Dowell. I would 10 out of 10 would recommend.
