Osborne had the product we were looking for at a good price. Arrived in a timely manner with appropriate packaging. We were looking for decorative touches for a cabinet. We wish there was more selection for modern/contemporary styles as those seem to be harder to find generally. But we would recommend Osborne to others.

I feel that price is high because there is not a lot of options for buying legs in the market hence they deliver high pricing. No contractor pricing so I only use when I have to.

Ordering online was quick and easy. Shipment came in a timely fashion. Packing seemed a little worn. But materials came undamaged. We have ordered twice with Osborne. Extremely helpful if you need it. Good quality of products.

The person who helped me was very good and offered great service. I wanted 4 acrylic sofa legs and was told you only had 2 in stock based on the number I gave her. The posts I ordered were knotty pine. The problem I had with them was that there were absolutely no knots in them. I needed them to show the knots to match the existing cabinets. But, I am stuck with them because the cost to return them would not be economical. I probably wouldn't order knotty pine posts from you again. ***,
