The customer service rep that I spoke to about changing the shipping date was a delight to work with. She went into the order and changed the shipping date for me (I was going to be out of town when the order should arrive) so that I would not have to cancel the order and then reorder. Excellent customer service, I’ve used the pedestal slides several times and recently used the standard slides for a 17’ table. The slides at heavy duty and I would recommend them to anyone!!
