Ordering was so easy and finalizing was perfect. Worked through some minor changes for the perfect base to an antique table we have as a coffee table. Looks as good as the original.

Quick & Easy to use website and product came in boxed so there would be no damage.

There was a glitch in the order in that the item ordered was out of stock. I was contacted and presented with the situation quickly and was given the time frame the situation would be corrected. I was delayed in may project but I could absorb the change. When another delay occurred I was again notified until the product was shipped. I was appreciative of the truthfulness of the business which allowed me to make decisions about project plans.

Awesome table foot , worked with some minor adjustments after being finished the bolts were wider than my original leg so I had to drill a hole for one bolt to make it work but otherwise it works great even better than the original 100% recommend this product to anyone looking to build a table or replace a table foot will probably order the other 3 needed so it all matches :)

It was so easy to find the style of island legs that we wanted for our kitchen. The information and pictures available made it really easy to shop for the island legs. Shipping was fast and they arrived without any damage. They even followed up with a phone call after we received our package to make sure everything was good with our order. The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.

Very quick processing and good communication. Website wasn't the most user friendly as it took a little while to find what I was looking for, had to scroll through a number of items that weren't relevant to my search.

Osborne is one of the only suppliers I can find for small wood molding/trim. I use these a lot in my artwork. I wish shipping costs could be reduced because the shipping costs me almost as much as the product. But all wood trims are securely packaged and shipped quickly.

Osborne made a custom dining room table leg to replace a broken one. The process of giving them the initial specifications, approval of the sketches provided, and final production and delivery of the new table leg took less than a week.
