The spindles are flawless. The delivery service left the box in the rain without a bag on it. I left work to get it out of the rain before any damage could be done.

I would say in this particular order your service was optimal because it was a special order and you were able to complete that in a quick return around amount of time with the best possible product results. The only area I felt could be improved would be timeliness in responding to my request. for a special order I ended up having to email a few days later to see if you are able to complete that task or not before I got an answer.

The website was very easy to use. My order was processed and shipped within a day! I received my order two days later. Everything was in excellent condition. The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.

Everything was great! Especially the followup phone call after receiving my order. Keep it up! Also, packaging was just right...

My moulding was damaged in shipping. I called the customer service department and had replacement moulding in hand in two days. I highly recommend Osborne to everyone.

There were a number of problems with the delivery, all caused by FedEx. The people I spoke to at Osborne Wood were very helpful, and the company stood behind that. Two replacement orders had to be made - one ruined by rain, one went missing (both were not properly delivered to my house), but the co. ordered the replacements without complaint. I would absolutely recommend to others! And I will never order anything that has to be delivered by FedEx again.

Great service and fast shipping. I love the options available and ability to customize and pick from so many selections. I ordered some island legs and Osborne was the only place that had the style I wanted in the wood I needed. They arrived within a week of ordering in great condition. Will definitely use them again in my next project.

Everything about Osborne blew me away. This was my first purchase through them, and for some reason the website wouldn't accept my order.
