I was blown away how fast the response was from the time that I ordered till the time that the legs had arrived at my shop. The lady on the phone said they didn't have the legs ready to go in stock but that they would get the done and shipped out. This speaks volumes for this company that there process and procedures are in alignment. I wish my company was that organized. I will be purchasing from them again.

I would say in this particular order your service was optimal because it was a special order and you were able to complete that in a quick return around amount of time with the best possible product results. The only area I felt could be improved would be timeliness in responding to my request. for a special order I ended up having to email a few days later to see if you are able to complete that task or not before I got an answer.

Our company doesn't require the products very often, but when we do, the service we get from Osborne is always good quality and the service is very efficient.

Company called immediately after I ordered online to let me know my selection would be slightly delayed. We worked out an alternative selection that was in stock and it was promptly shipped. The inlay banding I bought is very good quality and I would buy it again. However, I think the amount you charge for postage is not justified by the weight and size of the packaging.
