Osborne’s Online ordering was very easy. The oak bench legs ordered were of excellent quality, very well matched and stained beautifully. Osborne’s phone follow up after my order was delivered takes your product and service offering to the next level. I will definitely order again when I need high quality wood products.

The customer service from Osborne was above board. Their pricing was better than Amazon. They shipped immediately, I believe I received my order within 2 days. I would definitely give this company 5 stars!! The company even followed up with a phone call to make sure the quality of the product met my expectations - phenomenal :)

Really nothing to improve here - I picked the product of my liking and ordered it. I received the product fast and it was exactly how it was described and, more important, exactly how I imagined it to be.
A small detail for improvement. I ordered the first time with Osborne and I could not create an user account during the order process - it would not accept my email address. I had to create an account first and then log in to order.

I own a cabinet shop in Northern California. I am always pleased to work with Osborne. The staff is knowledgeable and that helps with quick design and pricing. I also appreciate the customer service they provide. Receiving a call after I get my order to make sure it is correct means something. I recommend.

I would say in this particular order your service was optimal because it was a special order and you were able to complete that in a quick return around amount of time with the best possible product results. The only area I felt could be improved would be timeliness in responding to my request. for a special order I ended up having to email a few days later to see if you are able to complete that task or not before I got an answer.

I don’t know of any areas you could improve. Your price was competitive and the service was unbelievably super fast. I was in commercial construction for 45 years dealing with suppliers and sub contractors all over North America at major airports. It was a pleasure working with Diana and Kevin.

The inlay banding I bought is very good quality and I would buy it again. However, I think the amount you charge for postage is not justified by the weight and size of the packaging.

Although disappointed in the backorder of the wood, our order was delivered 10 days earlier than expected. We were able to finish our client's job on time! Awesome product!

Never an issue ordering with Osborne. I'm in middle Ga and have a custom cabinet company and we always send our clients to the website to pick out their island legs.

Ordering was so easy and finalizing was perfect. Worked through some minor changes for the perfect base to an antique table we have as a coffee table. Looks as good as the original.

It was so easy to find the style of island legs that we wanted for our kitchen. The information and pictures available made it really easy to shop for the island legs. Shipping was fast and they arrived without any damage. They even followed up with a phone call after we received our package to make sure everything was good with our order. Osborne is one of the only suppliers I can find for small wood molding/trim. I use these a lot in my artwork. I wish shipping costs could be reduced because the shipping costs me almost as much as the product. But all wood trims are securely packaged and shipped quickly.

The product was shipped quickly and arrived intact. I is just as advertised. I haven’t yet put it on my table, but I don’t foresee a problem. Service was very good.
