Completely satisfied with our order. Received the table base quickly and it was in great condition . Very easy to assemble and looked nice when finished.
The description of the table slides and which ones to order was accurate and helpful. The slides came quickly. The direction and set up was easy and the product worked great. Big upgrade for the dining table they were used on. The only complaint around the shop was that the slides were not solid maple, the were solid maple finger jointed together.

Ordered the 2" rope molding to frame my 4X8 bathroom mirror. Appreciated the advice to finish immediately that was included. Whole process was easy and quick. Arrived within a couple days and the quality is excellent. Only issue is the shipping was extremely expensive as I ordered the 8 ft. piece. The shipping was 100.00. Insane as it was equal to my purchase price. Thinking there has got to be a method for cheaper packaging / shipping in 2024. :)

Received exactly what I ordered. Excellent customer service and I will do business with Osborne wood products in the future.
The instructions were very helpful. Installing a pair of the equalizer sldes the first time was a bit of a challenge. The big problem that we ran into was the removal of the old, standard table slides. One was still minimally glued in place in a single spot, the second slide was glued in hugely and took alot of pounding to free from the underside of the table top.
After completing the installation of the new equalizer slides, the table top was able to be pulled open with a single hand very easily.
I really don't see anything that needs improvement.
