The product I wanted had a long lead time but received the 4 wooded legs 3 weeks before originally date. Wooded legs were individually shrinked wrapped and well protected for shipping.

I am very pleased with my 3 Island legs made of White Oak.
Quality crafted, packaged well and quick delivery. It only took 1 week to arrive.
I even received a follow up call to see how I liked the product.
Items were shipped promptly and arrived in excellent condition. An Osborne rep called and checked on the shipment to be sure everything was correct and in good shape.
I was a bit surprised to find wood putty filler on the good side of the legs I ordered. That represents more of a challenge in getting a good final product to my customers and required more work on my part. But not enough to send the leg back for replacement.
The only negative I have is that there was no installation information. I guess it is assumed that all customers are experienced wood craftspeople but that is not the case. If you don't want to send instructions with each order, at least have them available when a customer asks for help.
Hi! As I had noted in my previous feedback, the only comment I have is that the shipping cost was a bit high for such a simple package. Otherwise 5 stars for your website, service and the product.
