I had a job a while ago where I had some posts that the glue seam showed through when we painted them. Osborne Wood Products representatives took care of the issue and sent me new posts right away so I would have a happy customer. Thanks, I really appreciate that! The kit is really good. A few things I would change is either providing or recommending a drill bit for drilling out the holes for the long screws that connect from the skirt to the leg. For the red oak its hard to drive the screws in directly. A slightly longer bit for the screwdriver would be helpful too.
The customer service from Osborne was above board. Their pricing was better than Amazon. They shipped immediately, I believe I received my order within 2 days. I would definitely give this company 5 stars!! The company even followed up with a phone call to make sure the quality of the product met my expectations - phenomenal :)

There were a number of problems with the delivery, all caused by FedEx. The people I spoke to at Osborne Wood were very helpful, and the company stood behind that. Two replacement orders had to be made - one ruined by rain, one went missing (both were not properly delivered to my house), but the co. ordered the replacements without complaint. I would absolutely recommend to others! And I will never order anything that has to be delivered by FedEx again.
